  • 3 kg blueberries
  • 1.5 kg of sugar
  • 3 fixed gel sachets

RECIPE PREPARATION Cranberry jam:

The blueberries cleaned and washed under running water in a strainer, let the water drain and add to the pan or pot in which you want to make jam. I mixed the sugar with fixed gel, I put them over the blueberries and I mixed them lightly trying not to crush the fruits. I put the pot in the oven heated to 180 degrees, from time to time I took the pot out and mixed it lightly, and after it started to boil, I added the lemon juice and left it in the oven for another 15 minutes. The total time the pot sat in the oven was about 1 hour, and all this time I took out the pot a few times to mix.

I prepared the washed and sterilized jars and put the hot jam in the jars. I put the lids on and covered the hot jars with a blanket, and after 2 days I stored them in the pantry.

Delicious!!!!
