Break the dark chocolate into pieces and melt it in the microwave or in a bain-marie. Rub the butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Add eggs, one at a time and continue to stir. Then add flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa.

At the end, pour the milk and melted chocolate and mix well. Line a round tray (26 cm) with baking paper and pour the dough into the tray. Bake the dough for about 35 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

After baking, let it cool, then take it out of the tray and remove the baking paper. Place the countertop on a flat tray.

Put the cherries in a sieve and let them drain. Cut the bananas into slices and sprinkle lemon juice over them. Beat the liquid cream well with the vanilla sugar and the hardener until you get a firm whipped cream.

Dig the cold countertop, leaving about a cm distance between the edge and the hole.Spread the banana slices in the hollow, and the cherries on top.Pour the cream over the fruit and form a dome.   • 50 gr. - butter
