So I still have doubts and I still sit and think. But until then, my child, naughty by nature, wants food from home. So I put cooked food in the box about what she likes: pea food with chicken, pilaf with chicken, mashed potatoes with grilled chicken, crispy, potato dish and that's how we turn around. If you still have ideas, please give me some help in this regard. I told you: capricious child! It is not a problem with cooked food, because it is stored in the refrigerator and then heated in the microwave at noon, so from this point of view the conditions are safe. But the morning package is easier that way, generally sandwiches (as he doesn't like anything else), drinking yogurt, boiled quail eggs, and today I tried sausages in dough. I hope to delight her, because she is very capricious, reluctant to everything that means new and a little heavy with food at school. The sausages in the dough are fluffy, soft, tender and full. I know that some will turn up their noses and say we don't give processed foods, sausages, etc. to children. But I think it's a sandwich made with good meat, without sausages (of course!) And from time to time a good quality sausage, I think it doesn't kill anyone. But, obviously, everyone is free to do as they see fit. In a bowl, mix the flour with the salt. Rub the yeast with the sugar until it becomes liquid. Pour the middle of the flour bowl. Add whole eggs and mix. Sausages in the dough

A fun and quick appetizer to make, for special occasions or parties with friends. The sausages in the dough go very well with beer and lots of fun!

1. For the dough, put the flour in a bowl, dissolve the salt in water and pour over the flour. Mix well and then spread the dough on the table, in a sheet one cm thick.

2. Place the butter in the middle of the sheet and cover with the four corners of the sheet. It is spread again in a sheet one cm thick and folded in three. Let the dough rest for an hour.

3. Then, the dough is stretched 3 times in length and 3 times in width, alternating one stretch in length, wrapping in three and then stretching in width.

4. After these operations have been done, the dough is finally spread, the strips are cut to the width of the sausage, which is rolled and placed in the baking tray. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and leave in the oven for 15 minutes.


Total preparation time a sausages in fluffy dough it is 50 minutes, but what concerns you lasts a maximum of 20 minutes, the rest of the time being allocated to their baking.

You need:

Garnish with olives and can be served with mustard or other sauces, depending on taste. I love these quick recipes, so I always keep something in the fridge, which can be easily prepared. Until the guests relax a little & # 8230 only well the snack is served.


How to make SAUSAGES-PIGS in dough

Put the milk, sugar and oil in a bowl, then put them on medium heat on the stove. Allow the mixture to approach boiling temperature, but remove from the heat before boiling. After it cools down a bit, sprinkle the yeast in this liquid and let it take effect for 2-3 minutes.

The next step is to incorporate two cups of flour. The mix will be quite sticky. Put the dough in a warm place for an hour. After that, while the dough has risen, add the remaining flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Divide the dough into 13 pieces, and wrap one of them in plastic wrap and set it aside. Flatten one of the pieces, leaving the edges thinner than the center. Place a piece of sausage in the center of the circle, then arrange the dough so that the edges join in the middle. You should not get a round pattern, but slightly elongated. Put the shape obtained in a tray prepared with baking paper, taking care to sit with the edges down.

Follow the same steps with the other shapes, then cover the tray and let the dough rise for about 20-30 minutes. It should not increase its volume too much, but only become a more fluffy composition.

Break the egg, beat it a little, then grease the piglets with it. Then make the rat, the ears and the tail from the dough kept aside and fix them on the shapes. To get the nostrils, stick two toothpicks in them, which you will leave there during baking.

You can lightly press their ears to the corner, to resemble the cute animal as much as possible. Don't forget to make your eyes with the help of peppercorns or cloves, depending on what you have at hand.
